CIZE — The End of Exercize

Professional choreographer and trainer Shaun T breaks down each dance move step-by-step, movement-by-movement, so you can dance your way to fit in just 4 weeks.

The question though is, “Is it effective?” CIZE maybe a lot of fun—but it’s still hard work! CIZE keeps you moving the whole time by constantly introducing new moves that gives you cardio training, strengthens your core, and tones every muscle—all at once! You’ll be so in the zone of mastering the moves, you’ll forget you’re working out—and get in fabulous shape! The more you get into it, the more you get out of it!

As the course progress, the moves get more challenging. And that means more moving, more sweating, and more calories burned!
