Last week, my husband and I ventured to northern Minnesota for a quick camping trip and blueberry picking. We were not disappointed in either.
Blueberries are packed with nutrition and they’re great for your health. They fight inflammation with antioxidants, support brain and heart health, help regulate blood sugar, boost gut health with fiber, and protect skin from aging and damage. Even better, they taste good!

Greek Yogurt & Blueberries - Top plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
Blueberry Smoothie - Blend blueberries with banana, spinach, almond milk, and a scoop of protein powder.
Frozen Blueberry Bites - Dip blueberries in Greek yogurt, freeze on a tray, and enjoy as a cool treat.
Whole Grain Toast with Blueberry Mash - Mash blueberries with a little cinnamon and spread on whole grain toast.
