Chunky Monkey Ice Cream

3 ripe bananas cut into chunks

  • 3 Tbsp all natural peanut butter

  • Unsweetened Almond milk (optional)

  • 4 tsp chopped dark chocolate

  • 4 tsp sliced raw almonds

 

Directions

  1. Place bananas in a plastic bag and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

  2. Place bananas and peanut butter in blender and cover. Blend until smooth. Add 1-2 Tbsp of almond milk if desired for a creamier texture.

  3. Divide ice cream into 4 even servings. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and dark chocolate

  4. Serve immediately.
